Eddie the Cat

Eddie was a stray cat who adopted Jen's husband's family .  Eddie recently passed away; so I hope this painting does Eddie justice and brings back happy memories for the family.

New Zealand mao-mao fish

 I spotted Brian Skerry's great photograph of these mao-mao fish in the National Geographic and he kindly gave me permission to paint it.  The colors of the fish against the greens on the reef are spectacular in the photograph.
